A rainy day didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the 4 finalists playing for a share of the $1,200 on offer at the 2019 Ryde-Parramatta Golf Club Handiskins final over the weekend. Moe Kermali had an exceptional short game which set him up for wins of several holes and the overall title. The finalists were all competitive with newcomer Thomas Smith, joining Ross Jeong and Robert Tassell in the minor placings . both won $120 each. Excellent win guys a
All four finalists received a Bridgestone Golf Cap and fought kit out for their share in $1200 of Club Vouchers. The final standings were:
- Moe Kamali - $680
- Thomas Smith - $280
- Ross Jeong & Robbert Tassell - $120 each
National Finalists
All four finalists have now also qualified for the national championship and are extended an invitation to contest Australasia's best Amateur golf championship at the 2020 Handiskins National Final at RACV Royal Pines Resort next year (Wed 29 Apr - Sun 3 May 2020). Given the great spirit contesting today we are sure all four finalists would be able to claim the silverware and be crowned Handiskins National Champion. Handiskins National Final Packages are now open to qualifiers to secure their rooms.
